Welcome to Unfiltered Goods, home of snarky stickers, funny graphic tees, and digital goods that slap. These Terms + Conditions outline the rules for using our site, buying our stuff, and generally being cool while you’re here.
By accessing or purchasing from www.UnfilteredGoods.shop, you're agreeing to the following terms. So go ahead, pour your iced coffee and skim responsibly.
1. General Stuff
We run this website (hi, it’s me, a real person, not a robot) and sell both physical and digital goods. We reserve the right to update, change, or sass-up these terms at any time. Check back occasionally to make sure you’re still down with the vibe.
2. Product Info
We do our best to show you accurate colors, descriptions, and sizes. That said, screens can be weird and print-on-demand is magical but not perfect. If something’s way off, let us know, we’ll try to fix it, but we can’t promise perfection across all devices.
3. Ordering + Payments
All prices are listed in USD and may change (especially when inflation gets rude). We accept major credit cards and other payment methods offered at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that your payment info is legit and you’re not pulling a fast one.
4. Shipping + Delivery
Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days. Shipping timelines are posted on our Shipping Policy page. Once your package leaves our hands, it’s up to the postal gods, but we’ll keep you updated and help if things get weird.
5. Returns + Refunds
Since most of our products are made to order, we don’t accept returns unless something arrives damaged, defective, or totally off. Please read our Return Policy before purchasing.
6. Digital Products
All digital goods are delivered via download link or email. They're for personal use only, no reselling, redistributing, or claiming them as your own. Be cool and respect the hustle.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, designs, logos, images, text, and general sass, belongs to Unfiltered Goods / The Sassy Stapler. Don’t copy, reuse, or repost without permission. We mean it.
8. Limitations of Liability
We’re not liable for any indirect, incidental, or completely ridiculous damages that might come from using this site or our products. Use common sense. Stickers won’t solve your life, but they might help.
